Worked in India and abroad and has 37 years of varied experience in the field of banking, consulting, training, research, and education. He has teaching experience of over 24 years. Held senior positions abroad such as Acting Director General in reputed Government organization, Director of Training and Development, Professor of Finance, Head of Department (Accounting), and Senior Lecturer, for various UK/ US/ Canadian universities and professional Institutes.

	Taught the MBA programs of prestigious universities, such as the Strathclyde University (UK), University of Wales, (UK), Degree Programs of University of Missouri (Rolla), USA, and Professional Programs such as ACCA, (UK), Institute of Canadian Bankers, (Canada), Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), Securities Institute (UK), Degree, Post Graduate, and MBA programs of Pune University (India).
	Had been the Research Supervisor for the Ph.D. program in “Business Management” of Pune University.
	Had supervised many Dissertations for the MBA Program of prestigious universities such as Strathclyde University, UK, University of Wales, UK, and other research thesis.
	At present Research Supervisor for the Ph.D. program in Management of BITS Pilani, Rajasthan. He is supervising a Ph. D student, (a Professor) who is a Post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology.
	Research paper on “Women Entrepreneurship” (as joint author) was published at the 50th World Conference of the International Council for Small Business held at Washington D.C. USA in June 2005.
	Presented papers at the “World Congress on Total Quality 2005” on “Quality in Education Sector” at Mumbai (India) in January 2005.
	Another research paper was presented at the Central Bank of Oman on “Nursing and Rehabilitation of Sick Industrial Small & Medium Enterprises in the Sultanate” in May 2004.
	A research paper on “New Concept in Bank Lending” was published at the World Services Congress held at Atlanta, Georgia, USA in 1999 and he participated in it.
	His latest researches are on Cashless Society, Security System, Energy from untapped sources, and Reuse of paper.
	Conducted over 200 Seminars and Short Courses abroad. His participants include His Excellency – The Executive President, Vice Presidents, Director Generals, General Managers, Deputy General Managers from Government organizations, Central banks, Commercial banks and Financial Institutions, Oil companies, various industries, and other Private sectors.
	Co-author of seven books.
	Been the Project Consultant for Small Industries, Government of India, Resource Person on the National Pool of Experts, New Delhi, India, and Examiner for Professional examinations.
	Visiting Faculty for the MBA programs at many prestigious Institutes.
	Fellow Member of Institute of Directors.
	Attended the International Council Board meeting, and World Conference held at Melbourne, Australia, in June 2006, and at Finland in June 2007. He is going on the Board of Directors at the International Council, Washington DC, USA soon.
