SYLLABUS (Full-Time Courses)
The course structure of all the management programme offered in BIMM is Futuristic, Pragmatic and Dynamic in nature. This is the by-product of industry-institute interactions. The intensified courses provide competitive advantage to our students over others.
The PGDM - PM& HRD Programme is a specialist course specializing in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Development, Labour Laws and other related areas. The students of this Programme may simultaneously do Master Degree in Labour Law and Labour Welfare (MLL & LW) in Balaji Law College at a very nominal Fee of Rs 5000/- within the campus. Information Technology is the Additional Compulsory Specialization.
The PGDM (IT & Marketing) Programme is similar to PGDM Dual except that the students of this Programme Specialize in IT & Marketing (inclusive of Retail Marketing) only.
PGDM-(Dual) offers the following Specialization:

Note:
(a)
IT training is conducted in our laboratories throughout the course of two years.
(b)

A minimum of two hours on-line training and another two hours of practical sessions every day are compulsory.

Students performances are assessed from time to time.

  PGDM (PM & HRD)

Note:
(a)
All the students simultaneously pursue Masters Degree in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (MLL & LW) offered by University of Pune. Classes for the same are conducted in the campus itself.
(b)

All the students of PM & HRD are to go through one ‘Company Project Study’ of 3 months duration (Sep. - Nov.).

(c)
Field Study of Industry in Pune based companies and industrial visits to Chemical Factories, Press, Mines, Plantations, and Dock Yard are compulsory parts of the course.
